Subsea Docking Station, SDS, for installation at Johan Sverdrup.
Complete with Subsea Docking Base, SDB, for installation on seabed and
a retrievable Subsea Docking Module, SDM. The purpose of the SDS is
to act as a charging station for Underwater Intervention Drones, UID.
When connected to one of the 250W or 2kW inductive connectors, the
UID can recharge and also upload or download data. Interface for
power and communication between Johan Sverdrup control system and
SDM is represented by optical and electrical flying leads included in this
spread.
System can be installed as two individual modules (SDB+SDM) or as a
complete system. Lifting by use of traditional 4-part lift sling or by use
of Multidog Lifting Connectors.
